Order Processing
We prioritize fast and efficient fulfillment. Most orders are processed and dropped off with our carrier within 12–24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time. Any active promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SLABS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SLABS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting USPS directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at slabstrips@slabstrips.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders
We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, SLABS is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or other factors outside our control.
